Dream Seer is a play about the dreams of two teenage boys from an afakasi (Pasifika half-caste) family. Bruce Kurangi dreams of playing professional sport while his younger brother Zeuss is tormented by dreams of an ancient tribe on the verge of extinction. Set in present-day South Auckland, Dream Seer weaves mythology and contemporary Pasifika themes into a deeply moving and eloquent play.
